CHANGES COMING TO OUR WELLNESSWORKS PROGRAM
As we approach the end of our current incentive year on July 31, our team has begun a formal process to explore alternative wellness platform solutions, with the intent to relaunch the program again in January. As a result, we will not be starting a new incentive year on August 1. Please see below for important information regarding this transition.
IMPORTANT DATES TO KNOW
- July 31, 2026 is the deadline to earn rewards on Optum Engage. Wrap up an activities and programs you're working on to earn your rewards
- All reward balances must be redeemed for gift cards in Optum Engage by November
- The WellnessWorks program will be on pause from August through December 2026
- Be on the lookout for the new program to launch January 1

WellnessWorks Program
Earning gift cards through our WellnessWorks program is simple, and it all starts with Optum Engage. You can register and log in by visiting ymca.optumengage.com or downloading the Optum Engage app. To get started with an overview of the program and all of the included activities, use this Program Flyer for Members.
