CHANGES COMING TO OUR WELLNESSWORKS PROGRAM

As we approach the end of our current incentive year on July 31, our team has begun a formal process to explore alternative wellness platform solutions, with the intent to relaunch the program again in January. As a result, we will not be starting a new incentive year on August 1. Please see below for important information regarding this transition.

IMPORTANT DATES TO KNOW

  • July 31, 2026 is the deadline to earn rewards on Optum Engage. Wrap up an activities and programs you're working on to earn your rewards
  • All reward balances must be redeemed for gift cards in Optum Engage by November
  • The WellnessWorks program will be on pause from August through December 2026
  • Be on the lookout for the new program to launch January 1
